Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient urology care, robotic surgeries, and rigorous documentation using EPIC EMR and AI tools in a HIMSS Stage VII facility. Strong residency and board qualifications required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Prior EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Perform urological surgeries utilizing robotic platforms as needed.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and AI tools for accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Maintain communication with referring physicians for seamless regional care.
• Adhere to hospital bylaws and safety requirements.
