Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Urologist in Hobart, IN to join a well-established healthcare provider in Northwest Indiana. This full-time role supports planning a practice around your goals in a tech-forward environment, one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country.

Responsibilities include outpatient/inpatient care, surgeries using robotics, and leveraging EPIC EMR with integrated AI. Flexible, paperless workflows and a strong focus on quality and outcomes define this position.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
• Completed ACGME-accredited Urology residency.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
• Willingness to use AI-integrated clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urological care, including diagnosis, treatment and surgery.
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries with advanced tech and robotics.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and AI tools for precise clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS VII setting.
• Design and grow a subspecialty-focused clinical practice (oncology, robotics, stones).
• Engage in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes and operations.
• Maintain liaison with referring physicians for coordinated regional care.
• Adhere to hospital bylaws and safety/compliance requirements.
