Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Board-certified or eligible Urologist for a full-time practice in Hobart, IN. The role offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule within a premier, tech-forward environment, including EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation.

You will perform outpatient and inpatient care, pursue surgical procedures with robotic platforms, and help grow subspecialties such as oncology or stones while maintaining top patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Degree from an accredited MD or DO program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Perform urological surgeries using advanced technology and robotic platforms.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools for precise, timely documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialties like oncology, robotics, or stones.
• Engage in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Maintain communication with referring physicians to coordinate care.
