Talent With Heart in Hobart, IN is seeking a Urologist to join a premier Northwest Indiana healthcare provider. The role offers a full-time schedule with outpatient and inpatient care, flexible clinic volume, and a robust technology-enabled practice including EPIC EMR and AI tools.

The position supports subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones, with a commitment to physician well-being and work-life balance. Indiana licensure and board eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
• Degree from an accredited MD or DO program
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Prior EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools
• Proficiency in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention
• Clinic patients per day: flexible
• Call Rotation: 1:4
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms as needed
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Maintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination
• Adhere to hospital medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements to ensure safety and compliance
