Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to drive growth in key markets and train surgeons on autonomous practice. You will partner with local sales leadership to identify strategic accounts and expand the use of the da Vinci system across Uro/Gyn specialties.

The role requires 5+ years of sales experience (including 2+ years in healthcare), willingness to travel up to 25%, and flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth in key strategic markets.
• Train Net New Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice.
• Pivot Gynecologist/Urologist to Total Practice including SP for procedures.
• Establish regional case observation sites & Epicenters.
• Build a robust QTI data set showing clinical/economic value of da Vinci.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic market development.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison for marketing/training teams.
• Develop training pipeline by vetting candidates in targeted geographies.
