Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to drive growth in strategic markets. You will partner with local sales leadership to identify opportunities, train surgeons, and expand the Total Practice across targeted geographies.

The role requires up to 25% travel, ability to work non-traditional hours, and a track record in healthcare sales. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Urology or Gynecology experience preferred.
• Ability to manage complexity in a changing environment.
• Proven ability to influence peers and communicate across a broad organization.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth in key markets by partnering with local sales leadership.
• Train Net New Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice.
• Establish regional case observation sites and Epicenters.
• Develop robust data showing clinical/economic value of da Vinci.
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to drive program adoption.
