We seek a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to drive growth in key markets by partnering with local leadership, training surgeons to autonomy, and aligning ISI ecosystem resources across Digital, Genesis, MACA, and more.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Urology or Gynecology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth in key markets.
• Train net new gynecologists and urologists to total practice.
• Pivot gynecologists/urologists to total practice including SP for procedures.
• Build a robust QTI data set showing clinical and economic value of da Vinci.
• Partner with sales leadership for strategic market development.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison for Uro/Gyn marketing and training teams.
• Collaborate with Academic Marketing and Sales to enhance resident training.
• Develop future training pipeline by vetting candidates for geography.
