Job Description

This role has been created at the request of the account to address a need for PC END OF LIFE, REFRESH. The resource will be responsible for scheduling REFRESH activities for WEC end-users and communicating with the account, business units, Refresh Technicians, and management. The resource will track all progress related to Refresh activities and manage all aspects of scheduling and communication.

Main Responsibilities

1. Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and resolve support tickets for personal computer users.
2. Support computer users with installation of hardware, software, and network components to meet their needs.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic problems with computer systems to ensure proper functioning, including liaising with vendors.
4. Recommend hardware solutions for personal computers in assigned areas.
5. Assist with computer studies, projects, and the implementation of policies within the area of assignment.
6. Conduct diagnostic reviews and generate error reports to identify and resolve issues.
7. Experience working with PC hardware, software, systems, LANs, and related terminology.
8. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate peripherals such as monitors, printers, and scanners.

Qualifications

High School Diploma with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
