Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with a High School Diploma and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Main responsibilities include:

1. Providing basic troubleshooting assistance and ticket resolution for personal computer users.
2. Supporting computer users with installation of hardware/software and networking components.
3. Diagnosing and troubleshooting basic problems with computer systems to ensure proper functioning, including liaising with vendors as needed.
4. Recommending hardware solutions for personal computers in assigned areas.
5. Assisting with computer studies, projects, and policy implementations.
6. Conducting diagnostic reviews and generating error reports to identify and resolve issues.
7. Having experience with personal computer hardware, software, systems, LANs, and related terminology.
8. Exhibiting good organizational and problem-solving skills.
9. Operating peripherals such as monitors, printers, and scanners.
