Aerotek is hiring for an entry-level biotechnology manufacturing role in Carlsbad, CA. No extensive experience required; strong work ethic and willingness to learn are valued. You will prepare reagents, assemble kits, operate equipment, and maintain quality records in a fully onsite, team-oriented environment.

This contract, full-time position offers paid training, a 2nd shift, and growth opportunities within a world-class manufacturing team supporting DNA sequencing and scientific research.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-6 months of work experience welcome.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
