Job summary

Aerotek is hiring entry-level Production Operators in Oceanside, CA. This contract-to-hire role offers training and opportunity to advance in a manufacturing environment, with first and second shift options.

You will perform inspections, operate simple production and packaging equipment, maintain clean work areas, and communicate issues to the team. This position pays $19.00 per hour and is fully onsite.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when inspecting products and packaging.
• Ability to perform general production, packaging, inspection, machine operation, and general labor tasks.
• Open to training for entry-level candidates.

Job Description

The production operator performs incoming inspections on products, verifies packaging quality, and helps operate machines in a manufacturing environment.

• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding product quality, issues, and workflow.

• Perform general labor and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support overall manufacturing operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
