Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care in Tullahoma, TN is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role includes x-ray testing, room setup, and Medical Assistant duties in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities include patient greeting, imaging procedures with safety protocols, and documentation of vital signs and medical history. Eligible candidates possess a TN X-Ray license, BLS, and ARRT preferred; MA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification required.
• TN State X-Ray License required.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and manage patient flow.
• Explain wait times and guide patients through the treatment process.
• Assist with radiology procedures and patient safety.
• Document vital signs, history and medications.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Perform quality control to ensure exam accuracy and safety.
