Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care in East Nashville, TN is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. You will perform x-ray testing, operate diagnostic equipment, develop film, and prepare the room for procedures, while also assisting with Medical Assistant duties.

You will greet patients, document vitals, support front desk operations, and ensure patient safety with proper radiation protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• TN State X-Ray License is required.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray testing and operate diagnostic equipment.
• Develop films and prepare the room for procedures.
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties as needed.
• Greet patients and document vital signs and history.
• Ensure patient safety with proper radiation protection.
• Maintain and report equipment malfunctions.
• Support front desk with patient check-in/check-out.
