Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification required.
• TN State X-Ray License required.
• ARRT Certification preferred.
• Experience as Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greets patients entering waiting area, exam room, or x‑ray room.
• Performs x‑ray testing with proper body mechanics and patient positioning.
• Operates diagnostic equipment and prepares room with necessary supplies.
• Maintains accurate patient documentation and vital signs.
• Assists with procedures under provider supervision.
• Ensures radiation safety and shielding procedures are followed.
