Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Conway, AR seeks experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role includes x-ray testing, equipment operation, film development, and assisting with Medical Assistant duties.

Full-time with rotating 36-40 hour weeks, including 12-hour shifts and some weekend work. Sign-on/retention bonus up to $5,000 available for the Conway-South location, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• AR State X-Ray license required or pending.
• ARRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly in waiting area or exam rooms.
• Communicate wait times and next steps to patients.
• Assist with radiology procedures and patient safety practices.
• Document vital signs, history and medications as appropriate.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report malfunctions.
• Perform quality control to ensure accurate exams.
