Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team in North Little Rock, AR. You will perform x-ray testing, operate diagnostic equipment, and assist with Medical Assistant duties while maintaining patient safety and documentation.

The role requires AR state X-ray license and BLS; ARRT certification is preferred. Full-time with rotating 12-hour shifts and every-other weekend; PRN options available.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required or preferred.
• ARRT certification preferred for radiology practice.
• Experience with patient interaction and basic care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly in waiting area or exam room.
• Explain wait times and next steps to patients.
• Perform radiology procedures and assist with related duties.
• Document vitals, medical history, allergies, and current medications.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Ensure proper radiation safety and shielding protocols.
