Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in Conway, AR seeks experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role performs x-ray testing, operates diagnostic equipment, develops film, prepares rooms, and supports Medical Assistant duties to ensure efficient patient flow and accurate imaging.

Full-time team members work rotating 36–40 hours weekly with 12-hour shifts and every-other weekend; PRN options are available.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• AR State X-Ray license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and manage wait times.
• Communicate with patients about next steps in treatment.
• Assist with patient transfers and exams under supervision.
• Ensure accurate documentation of vital signs, history and meds.
• Perform radiology procedures and ensure radiation safety.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report malfunctions.
• Keep up-to-date with imaging knowledge and licensure requirements.
