Job summary

Valley Health is seeking an experienced UCC Coordinator-RN to provide clinical leadership, operational coordination, primary nursing care, and staff development across Urgent Care Centers. You will collaborate with providers and leadership to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, support onboarding and ongoing education, and ensure efficient daily operations.

The role may require travel between locations to support clinical and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in ambulatory/urgent care settings preferred.
• Lead, charge nurse, supervisory, preceptor, or educator experience preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, education, competency validation, and workflow coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for nursing and support staff across Urgent Care Centers.
• Assist providers with assessments, treatments, procedures, and patient care activities.
• Ensure adherence to infection prevention standards and clinical protocols.
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing and patient flow to optimize access to care.
• Lead onboarding, education and competency activities for staff.
• Mentor and coach team members and promote professional growth.
