Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED; undergraduate degree a plus.
• Friendly and professional with excellent bedside manner.
• Flexible with full-time work schedule including a weekend day.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• English language skills required.
• Bilingual skills based on site location preferred.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Capture accurate and detailed documentation of visits in the EMR promptly.
• Assist the physician with basic patient care and medical procedures.
• Direct patient flow, inventory and follow up on labs.
• Ensure DOH compliance in site lab and rooms.
• Provide exceptional customer service adhering to protocols.
• Maintain a clean, courteous, professional environment.
• Ensure the site is fully stocked with supplies.
• Communicate with patients, pharmacies and physicians under guidance.
