VillageMD is seeking a full-time seasonal Scribe in New Jersey to document patient visits in the EMR and assist physicians with care and procedures. You will help manage patient flow, labs, and inventory while upholding DOH compliance and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and a passion for compassionate care. Weekend availability is required; position ends 01/29/2027.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Excellent bedside manner with patients and families.
• Fluent English; strong verbal and written communication.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
• Ability to work weekends; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsabilités

• Capture accurate, detailed documentation of patient visits in the EMR.
• Assist the physician with basic patient care and procedures.
• Direct patient flow, manage inventory, and follow up on labs.
• Ensure DOH compliance in lab and exam rooms.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality customer service while handling high patient volumes.
