Job summary

American Family Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for our urgent care network. You will perform X-ray imaging, support clinical operations, and collaborate with providers to ensure timely patient care.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certification, BLS, and at least 1 year of urgent care imaging experience. You may cover MA/MR duties and participate in equipment QC in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT-certified RT in good standing; state license as required.
• Active BLS certification or eligible to obtain within onboarding period.
• 1+ year urgent care/ER imaging experience preferred.
• Strong insurance verification and EMR documentation skills.
• Willing to cover MA/MR duties; flexible team player.
• Experience in radiology, CT, or MRI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as an X-Ray Technologist while supporting urgent care operations.
• Perform diagnostic radiology exams safely following ALARA.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure timely care.
• Flex into MA duties (triage, labs, venipuncture, wound care) when not performing imaging.
• Support MR tasks (insurance verification, registration, payment collection).
• Maintain equipment QC and compliance logs.
