American Family Care is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist to support urgent care imaging and light clinical tasks. You will perform X-ray exams, collaborate with providers for timely care, and flex into MA duties as needed.

Applicants should hold ARRT certification with a current RT license where required and maintain BLS. Prior urgent care imaging experience is preferred; flexibility to cover shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT-certified in good standing; Radiologic Technologist license as required
• Active BLS certification or must obtain within onboarding period
• 1+ year urgent care/ER imaging experience preferred
• Strong insurance verification and EMR documentation skills
• Flexible team player willing to cover MA/MR duties
• Experience in radiology, CT, or MRI preferred

Responsibilities

• Work as an X-Ray Technologist while supporting urgent care operations.
• Perform diagnostic radiology (X-ray) exams safely, following ALARA.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure timely care.
• Flex into MA clinical duties (triage, labs, venipuncture, wound care) when not performing imaging/radiology.
• Support MR tasks (insurance verification, registration, payment collection).
• Maintain equipment QC and compliance logs.
