Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a Patient Services Representative for the Newcastle Urgent Care in Newcastle. You will provide customer and front office services to patients, coordinating communications among staff, patients, and providers about check-in, and handling records via Epic.

The role supports clerical, scheduling, and records activities in service of patients and staff, with per diem shifts and clinic hours from 7am to 10pm.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Previous physician office, hospital or frontline customer contact experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with people in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task, be organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated proficient computer keyboard skills.
