Job summary

Overlake Medical Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative for the Newcastle Urgent Care in Newcastle, WA. This per diem, part-time role focuses on patient check-in, front office support, and coordinating communications among staff.

You will handle records and scheduling tasks within the Epic EMR and assist in a busy clinical setting, providing excellent customer service and organization throughout shifts that run 5–10 hours from 7am to 10pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in medical front desk or admin is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and front office services to patients.
• Coordinate communications among staff, patients and providers about check-in.
• Collect records and distribute via Epic EMR.
