Qualifications

• Willing to work 12 hour shifts and weekends.
• Willing to work at other centers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and manages the sign-in process and wait times.
• Verifies patient insurance eligibility and collects co-payments.
• Updates patient demographics and enters charges into the system.
• Answers incoming calls and schedules appointments.
• Maintains front desk cleanliness and waiting area.
• Supports training of new employees and ensures compliance with policies.
