FastMed Urgent Care is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to enhance the patient experience from check-in to check-out, greeting patients, answering calls, and guiding registration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bonus points for medical front office or insurance billing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients upon arrival and answering calls to determine needs.
• Assist with registration, including insurance verification.
• Use patient queuing to keep patients informed of wait times for an efficient visit.
• Assist with patient feedback collection.
• Record charges and payments and prepare daily deposit & reconciliation log.
