WellNow Urgent Care in Norridge, IL is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support front-end and clinical operations. The role involves taking patient histories, obtaining vitals, phlebotomy if certified, and completing lab paperwork to ensure smooth patient flow.

You will assist providers, maintain HIPAA privacy, and help with registration and documentation in the EMR. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• 6+ months of experience as a Patient Care Technician or similar role.
• Preferred Urgent Care and/or Occupational Medicine experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to register patients and use EMR systems.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Take patient history and vital signs; assist providers during exams.
• Perform phlebotomy if certified and document results.
• Support paperwork for lab tests and maintain HIPAA privacy.
• Manage patient flow, schedule records, and assist with reception duties.
