Boulder Medical Center is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist (Patient Access Associate) for our Urgent Care team in Boulder, CO. The role focuses on greeting patients, answering phones, check-in/check-out, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

This position offers weekend coverage and requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills. Ideal candidates have 1 year of front-desk experience, familiarity with EMR systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of public-facing experience preferred
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
• Experience with patient scheduling preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA a plus

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones promptly and determine appointment type
• Summarize appointment details before ending calls
• Record patient information accurately
• Schedule/reschedule/cancel appointments per protocol
• Navigate EMR and input patient data accurately
