NextCare in Mesa, AZ is seeking a full-time clinician to join a fast-paced urgent care team. The role offers three 12-hour shifts per week, with standard clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and rotating weekends including occasional holidays. Compensation ranges $60-$80/hour plus a monthly bonus, with a full-benefits package.

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP/PA is required.
• Board certification or eligibility must be met (NCCPA for PA; ANCC/AANP for NP).
• Active DEA license and ability to treat all ages are required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management where applicable.
• Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR.
• Code and bill services appropriately.
• Maintain productivity in line with urgent care benchmarks.
