Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care System is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for the Urgent Care Clinic in Boardman, Oregon. The role directs nursing services, builds departmental policies, and ensures high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead staff development, oversee clinical procedures, and coordinate with the Director of Emergency Services and Urgent Care. Minimum 5 years’ experience and Oregon RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program with evidence of ongoing education.
• Current RN license in the State of Oregon.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible clinical experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating care in urgent care or acute settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise nursing services in the clinic.
• Develop department mission, goals, budgets, policies, and work standards.
• Train and evaluate nursing staff; provide clinical resources and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure quality patient care in urgent care and/or emergency department.
