Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• Current Oregon RN or LPN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, direction, and support to nursing staff.
• Assign work based on staff competencies, patient acuity, and clinic needs.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, vacation requests, and monthly staff meetings.
• Participate in recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations.
• Identify training needs and support staff education, professional development, and compliance with required training.
