You will take patient histories, record vital signs, perform basic screenings, phlebotomy, injections, and point-of-care tests while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation. Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a physician practice or clinic preferred.
• Basic computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Take patient history and record vital signs.
• Perform basic tests and screenings (vision, audio, urine drug screens, EKGs, influenza, strep).
• Perform phlebotomy for lab samples and document results.
• Administer injections and document procedures per policy.
• Coordinate records and referrals for ancillary care.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and clean/sterile technique.
