The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to safety policies in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Shift availability includes early to late hours to meet patient needs.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients and collect demographic, insurance, and eligibility information.
• Process co-pays and assist with scheduling.
• Prepare patients for examination and document medical history.
• Measure vital signs and record results.
• Perform point-of-care testing and report results to providers.
• Draw blood and prepare specimens for lab analysis.
• Support front desk duties and patient communication.
• Conduct follow-up calls and complete opening/closing duties.
