Qualifications

• Proficiency in MA clinical duties and documentation
• Strong computer skills and ability to document efficiently
• Detail-oriented with teamwork and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographics, insurance, and eligibility
• Process co-pays and assist with scheduling
• Prepare patients for exam and document medical history accurately
• Measure vital signs and document in medical record
• Perform point-of-care testing and report results to providers
• Draw blood and prepare specimens for analysis
• Stock exam rooms and monitor inventory levels
• Support front desk with phone handling and patient communications
• Conduct patient follow-up calls as needed
• Open/close duties, cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
• Perform equipment checks and quality control
