Job summary

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required with hands-on patient care experience within a clinical setting.
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant training program with hands-on patient care is required.
Responsibilities
- Check in patients and obtain vital signs.
- Perform medication reconciliation and document patient history.
- Navigate EPIC EMR to document and coordinate care.
- Communicate with pharmacies, insurance companies, patients and physicians.
- Assist with EKGs, phlebotomy, injections as competency develops.
