You will greet patients, collect IDs and insurance, manage copays, schedule appointments, verify eligibility, handle faxes, and support clinicians and staff as needed, all while maintaining a professional, caring demeanor.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of related experience.
• High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and checks in patients in EHR.
• Collects ID and insurance card to scan.
• Collects copays and balances.
• Schedules new and follow-up appointments.
• Contacts no-shows/cancelled appointments to reschedule.
• Manages incoming faxes and messages in EHR.
• Verifies insurance eligibility daily.
• Processes medical records requests by scanning or faxing.
• Assists with scheduling tests and authorizations.
• Demonstrates CARE values and professional service.
