Responsibilities include collecting copays, answering calls, relaying messages to providers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical front desk or office preferred, handles patients professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out for appointments.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect copays and process payments as required.
• Answer phones and relay messages to providers and staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support referrals, records, and other front-office tasks.
