The schedule features 10-hour weekday shifts and 8-hour weekend shifts, with occasional travel to other locations; travel reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Evening hours and weekend rotations required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and coworkers with courtesy.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, or coordinate responses with medical staff.
• Register patients and verify insurance eligibility.
• Identify payer sources and determine financial responsibilities.
• Enter and update patient data accurately in the system.
• Collect payments and apply to patient accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy laws.
• Support emergency responses as needed.
