ConvenientMD is seeking a dedicated EMT‑B to join our urgent care team across New England. This role offers hands-on clinical exposure and collaboration with providers to deliver high‑quality patient care.

You will triage patients, take vital signs, document in the EHR, and support the clinical team while adhering to HIPAA and safety protocols. We value compassionate, reliable team players who communicate effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be nationally certified and licensed EMT with at least 1 year of EMS experience.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients, perform vital signs, and record medical histories.
• Explain medications and assist with minor procedures in collaboration with clinicians.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and protect patient privacy per HIPAA.
