Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a dedicated EMT-B to join our urgent care team across New England. You will deliver high-quality patient care, triage, take vital signs, and document in the EHR while collaborating with clinicians.

We value compassionate, proactive communicators who can adapt to a fast-paced urgent care setting and support training for new team members. This is a hands-on clinical role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National EMT certification/licensure required with at least 1 year of EMT experience.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required; CPR/ACLS online classes not accepted.
• Ability to communicate compassionately with patients and families.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and provide information on diagnoses, treatments and medications.
• Take vital signs, obtain histories and assist with minor procedures.
• Triage patients and determine urgency of medical needs.
• Document patient information in the EHR accurately.
• Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate discharge and care plans.
