Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking an EMT-B to join our urgent care team in New England. You will interact with patients, explain treatment plans, and support clinical operations while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification: Nationally certified and licensed EMT with at least 1 year of EMT experience.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Compassionate, authentic, patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and determine urgency; take vitals and document histories.
• Assist with minor medical procedures and clinical tasks.
• Maintain accurate EHRs and ensure HIPAA privacy compliance.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to coordinate discharge plans.
