Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking an EMT-B to join our urgent care team across New England. You will interact with patients, triage, and assist clinicians while documenting in EHRs. The role emphasizes collaboration, thorough patient communication, and adherence to HIPAA.

The position supports growth, cross-location training, and flexible availability for 12-hour shifts across full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules. Candidates should be licensed EMTs with BLS and 1+ year experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• National EMT certification with at least 1 year of EMT experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; others not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Patient interaction: engage with patients, explain medications and care options.
• Clinical responsibilities: take vital signs, obtain histories, assist with minor procedures, document in EHRs.
