Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking an EMT-B to deliver urgent care across New England, collaborating with providers and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes patient interaction, triage, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the clinical team, demonstrate compassionate care, and participate in training of new team members while adhering to HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be nationally certified and licensed EMT with at least 1 year of EMT experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross; CPR/ACLS/online not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and assess urgency; take vital signs and patient histories.
• Assist with minor medical procedures and document in EHRs per privacy rules.
• Engage with patients to explain conditions, meds, dosages, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with clinical team and support discharge planning when needed.
