ConvenientMD is seeking an EMT-B to deliver urgent care across New England, partnering with clinicians to provide high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact on patient lives in a fast-paced environment.

You will triage, perform basic clinical tasks, document in EHRs, and collaborate with the clinical team while supporting training for new staff. A strong customer-focused approach and reliable travel within locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National EMT certification and licensed EMT with at least 1 year of experience.
• BLS certification by American Heart Association or Red Cross (not CPR/ACLS online).
• Compassionate, authentic, patient-focused.
• Proactive, confident communicator.
• Trustworthy with HIPAA-compliant handling of patient data.
• Effective communicator and cross-collaborator.
• Excellent team player.
• Technically savvy: Microsoft Office, Experity, and other business systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in a welcoming, professional manner and provide information about conditions, treatments and medications.
• Explain medications and dosing, offer lifestyle and preventive care guidance.
• Triage patients, take vital signs, obtain histories, and assist with minor procedures.
• Document patient information in EHRs per privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and communicate updates to providers; support discharge planning.
