The role includes patient triage, vitals collection, documentation in EHR, and participating in discharge planning while supporting training of new team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nationally certified and licensed EMT with at least 1 year of EMT experience.
• BLS certification required (AHA/Red Cross; no CPR/ACLS online).

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients professionally and provide information on conditions, treatment plans, and medications.
• Triage patients, take vitals, obtain histories, and assist with minor procedures.
• Document data in EHRs in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and support discharge planning and training.
