Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a dedicated EMT-B or A-EMT to join our urgent care team across New England. You will engage with patients, explain treatments and medications, and support clinical operations while triaging and documenting patient information in EHRs.

A collaborative environment fosters growth, teamwork, and a direct impact on patient lives. Qualified candidates are nationally certified EMTs with a minimum of one year experience and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified and licensed EMT with at least 1 year of EMT experience.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients to explain conditions, treatments, and medications.
• Support clinical operations and patient care, including triage and vital signs.
• Collaborate with clinical team and providers to coordinate discharge plans and training of new staff.
