Medix is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to join its urgent care team on the Eastside. This role supports swift patient intake, vital sign collection, phlebotomy, and routine outpatient procedures in a fast-paced clinic with fixed 40-hour weeks and potential permanent placement.

The position requires an MA-C credential, at least 2 years of ambulatory care experience, and proficiency with Epic EHR.

Competenze

• Active Washington MA-C credential through the WA DOH.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Medical Assisting in ambulatory settings.
• Phlebotomy skills and routine blood draws.

Mansioni

• Room patients quickly and document vitals and chief complaints.
• Assist clinicians with examinations and minor procedures.
• Perform venipuncture and point-of-care tests.
• Coordinate referrals, prescriptions, and post-visit instructions.
• Provide support across Eastside outpatient locations as needed.
