Job summary

Corewell Health’s Pennock Urgent Care in Hastings, MI seeks a part-time Urgent Care Aide to support a small, intimate team. You will assist in acute care from pediatric to geriatric patients, with on-site labs and radiology, while maintaining accurate records and safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience in insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support or other related experience preferred.
• Clinical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering quality patient care under supervision of an RN or Provider.
• Collect and report patients' physiological, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual needs to the health care team.
• Ensure required documentation is accurate and timely according to department guidelines.
