Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Greenville, SC is seeking a Practice Manager for Woodward Medical Center to oversee daily operations, coordinate provider and staff schedules, and ensure high-quality patient care across the clinic.

You will direct revenue cycle activities, budgeting and inventory, while ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and other regulators; 4 years of healthcare experience and 2 years of supervisory work are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BLS certification preferred if clinical functions are performed (within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Set standards of behavior, professionalism, and customer service across internal and external customers.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staff/provider schedules and performance management.
• Coordinate provider integration activities and onboarding of new physicians and APCs.
• Oversee revenue cycle processes, registrations, workflows, copays and billing.
• Review practice data and assist in budgeting, planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements.
