Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staffing.
• Monitor patient flow and improve wait times.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and credentialing.
• Review financial statements and KPIs against budget.
• Conduct interviews, schedule staff, and perform evaluations.
• Communicate with Regional Operations Director and implement initiatives.
• Manage supply orders and verify daily closeout procedures.
• Provide expertise and champion patient care within the center.
